Brazilian Breakfast
200g açaí & guaraná (2 tubs)
100ml apple juice (fresh or bottled)
1 banana
Toasted muesli / granola
Sliced bananas and strawberries
Directions: Use a hand processor to blend the açaí & guaraná with apple juice and the banana. Once you have formed a sorbet consistency, serve in a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit.
